Queen Anne Round Table and 2 Chairs - Honey Review

I got this table and chairs for my 2 year old daughter.When we were putting the pieces together, we found that many of the pre-drilled screw holes were too big for the screws so they didn't catch.Also, the pieces didn't fit together tightly - there were small gaps where there shouldn't have been.My daughter, being an adventurous kid, climbed up onto the one chair that we were able to get together fairly tightly and almost immediately, two of the legs buckled under.She ended up with a nasty bump (I realize she shouldn't have been standing on it but she's only two and doesn't weigh much).The table is fine but in my opinion, the chairs are dangerous!I would not recommend this set to anyone!

This table set looks just awesome. The picture does not do any justice for how sharp it looks. I also checked around and this set on Amazon is almost 1/2 the price you'll find everywhere else.

I put everything together by myself which is ill advised. The directions were very straight forward and easy to understand. It was just very time consuming. I think it took me about three hours from in-the-box to having it all set up and cleaned up (boxes and styrofoam).

The chairs could be a little more comfortable. The cushions aren't that great on them; although, it's far from being uncomfortable. That is just something I would improve if I had to pick something.

One more thing is that the chair legs on a couple of the chairs are uneven. There are little screw caps on the bottom of the legs that you can adjust to even them out but one of them I have to unscrew almost all the way out to level out the chair to keep it from rocking. Not a big deal except its so far out that it fell out when I moved it into another room. I think I am just going to get a bolt to put on the screw that will sit between the cap and the chair leg so I can screw it in tight. As big of a deal as I make this sound it really isn't at all. It is still a really great set that I can confidently recommend to anyone.

This desk and chair combo is the best value out there.It was easy to put together and looks great.We bought two, one for each of our girls.It is a great size, for our 3 and 5 year old and I believe will fit them well for many more years.My wife just started homeschooling our 5 year old and the desk works great.Very stable, you'll love it.We have no complaints at all.Some of the information as far as heights go is a little confusing in the description.The top of the desk is just shy of 24" and the top of the hutch is just shy of 30".As far as the chair goes, the seat itself is about 14", so it is all sized quite well for your little ones.They don't have to sit on thier knees to work at their desk.You can't go wrong with this one.And you will not find a better bargian.We did find the desk online with some cheaper shipping options, but they were all sold out.

I was not happy with the instructions sent with this product, and because the instructions are only pictures, I messed up.One of the chair legs had a crack at the top of the leg, and two of the legs I messed up because of the instructions.When I contacted this company I was told no problem, they will send out 3 more legs and will be no charge.The legs were supposed to ship July 21st, but according to Fed Ex they never received the legs.In contacting the Company they said Fed Ex must have lost them, and would ship out the legs on the 29th of July.Well that did not happen, so I contacted them again and was told the legs would ship on the 6th of August.Today is the 6th of August and I tried to contact them again, but only could reach an answering machine to leave a message.The reason I was contacting them on the 6th was to make sure I could get a tracking number from Fed Ex, because this is the only way I will know if they really shipped.So far I am not pleased with this company, and if I don't receive the legs I am going to call my credit card company for a full refund.

Our two year old son loves this chair. It's fairly big, which means he'll be able to use it for a long time. The quality of plastic is really great. Even I can sit on it and it doesn't even bend or warp, much less threaten to break. (And I weigh... Not a little.) It has storage which may be better for a 3-6 year old but has been a source of drama for us with our 1-2 year old. He likes to grab things and put them in there. If we need to take the chair apart, we can. But it's waaay too difficult for him and it's never come apart on its own. This is a nice, durable chair that's worth the money. And my child, like many others from the reviews I've read, likes to push this around and be pushed around while sitting on it.

Don't let the name fool you.This is made in China, not in North or South Carolina.It is made of some flimsy tropical wood that doesn't hold screws.The screws in the drawer hinges pulled out and only sawdust was left where the screws used to be.The finish is thinner than paper and easily scratched off.The parts were packaged in flimsy polystyrene sheets that disintegrated and made a huge mess as the parts were removed from the box.This piece of junk is so unworthy of the usual fine products found on this web site.

I bought this table and when it arrived a piece of a chair was broken, then two additional chairs broke, one with me sitting on it (i weigh 130 lbs) and another with a friend that weighed about the same as I. I called to get the chairs replaced and this was never done. Later I called again and the "new owner" said this company had lots of problems when he took over it and that it wasn't "fair" that I complain to him. While the seller shipped this very quickly, the construction of the set itself is not very good.I am not an overweight person, but leaning back in the chairs even a little bit is a precarious exercise at best.One chair has already broken into two pieces when the back separated from the seat portion completely when I sat in it.The screws should screw into the seat portion from the back of the chair, but instead go in from the inside of the back legs, which is not very stable.I found this out the hard way as my rear end met with the floor when I should have been sitting in a chair.If I had the option to give zero stars I would, since I will be returning this item as soon as I can.

The chairs are nice and sturdy, however, one of the bar stools had some damage. The box was damaged as well. I agree with a reviewer of the bar table (still in transit...) Amazon needs to pay attention to how these products are shipped. Very good and reliable tracking system. Very timely shipment. Even faster delivery- chairs arrived 6 days before expected date.

I've always been apprehensive and skeptical about purchasing furniture online due to past disappointing and very frustrating experiences but I thought I'd give it one more try by using this company. It proved to be all worth it. I did shop around first to compare other products and costs, shipping/processing time and fees online and picked this one for its affordable price but mainly for the positive reviews. (I'm not a big fan of the bidding system)The products and craftmanship are not bad at all for the price. The wood product is sturdy and the leatherette material does not look inexpensive or does not feel too flimsy(altho' this has still to be tested with use and time!).
I have to admit that only two of six chairs have been assembled but so far so good.(As husband has not shown any hint of frustration yet with assembly)
I will definitely be shopping with you again.

Love this, love this, love this!!!It was shorter than I thought it would be, but that turned out to be great.My daughter is 16 months and is very much into chairs so this is the perfect size for her.It is a little small for her 3 year old cousin, but she makes do.Easy to put together, cute design, unisex and very sturdy.I would definitley recommend this table and chair set, but will have to replace it for a taller set when my daughter is about 3 or so because of the height.

Although I agree with the above review, the chairs were most definitely a pain in the neck to put together, once we figured the right way to putone together, the others went smoothly.

5pc Dining Table & Chairs Black Finish Review

First off, the dimensions for the height of the table are wrong, it is more like 29-31inches tall, not 39, which I had figured before I ordered, 39 would be very tall.
The set came alot sooner than expected, the boxes were in very rough shape, and the table had a broken corner, but a simple call to Cross Country has a new table on its way, no charge.
The table is made cheaper than I expected, but is very sturdy, and you really cant tell unless you look underneath to see that it is not solid wood. The chairs are very nice looking and suprisingly comfy.
So if you like the look of it and are on a tight budget, go for it!

A+ Childsupply Circular Table with 4 stools Review

Two and done. I would not recommend this for two reasons. The first would be the quality of the product. The second would be whoever packages this product doesn't know what they are doing.
I had this shipped twice. The first time the tabletop was literally sticking out of the box when they placed it in my driveway. It was scuffed with a black mark and deeply scored. Each time FedEx shipped it. I've never had a problem with FedEx like this before, so I thought it was just a fluke.
I ordered a second one, and it was worse. Part of one of the chairs was split. The wood had pulled away.
It's hard to say if the product just can't stand up to shipping or the seller can't package the product. Best bet is that's it's probably a bit of both.
It's really a cute piece of furniture from the picture, but for the price its durability doesn't cut it. Don't buy.

The two chairs look as nice assembled as they do in the picture.

Package includes everything you need for assembly except a phillips head screwdriver.Assembly took about 15 minutes in total.Chairs seem sturdy when assembled.All parts included, and the items were well packaged / arrived without any damage.

We use these around a breakfast table that usually seats 4 people but could seat 6.We bought two of them as a trial because they are narrow and would allow for 6 chairs to be placed around the table but still looked comfortable.We will order four more because they exceeded our expectations in comfort and looks.

Anka Mini Furniture Set in Espresso Stain Review

My parents got this table chair set for my daughter for Christmas when she was 19 months old.It is just perfect for her! A friend of ours has the set at her house so I was able to see it in person before requesting it as a gift.I love that there is a stool for adults- my daughter knows that is my seat, and will carry it over to me if I am in another part of the room- b/c she wants me to join her at her table!Now at 21 months she eats her breakfast and lunch there.When I ask her if she is ready for lunch she hops right in one of the chairs.We have it set up near her play kitchen so she is constantly move food/pots/pans from kitchen to table. she also loves to color at the table.

I do love the espresso stain.My friend had the natural stain, but we havea lot of dark colored furniture so I thought it would look best in our home- I was right!definitley looks like nice kids furniture and not a cheap kids piece.

Definitely a great first table!!!

Queen Anne Round Table and 2 Chairs - Cherry Review

This table set was a gift for my two-year-old daughter.It took over a month to actually get the shipment which was incorrect.The company accidentally sent two sets of chairs with the table.Soon after receiving the packages, I got a call from a very rude woman insisting that I pay for the second set of chairs or return them IMEDIATELY!I had not opened the package and was told that they would send UPS a return label.When UPS arrived, they said that I had to pay for the shipping (of the chairs the company accidentally sent me).I explained the situation to the driver and he allowed me to just "refuse shipment" and pretend that the box arrived just then.A couple weeks later I got another rude call demanding to know where the chairs were.I explained that they were sent back.On top of all the annoying calls and confusion, the chairs were horrible.My daughter stood on one of them (she weighs 25 lbs) and the legs on one side just buckled.There were gaps in the wood and no way to tighten them well.One of the screw holes on the back of one chair top was too big and the screw never even "caught".Also, the company could use a new copy machine.The one-page directions that came with the table and chairs were illegible.Luckily, there are pictures and you can kind of tell what you are supposed to do.I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

A friend of mine purchased this table because the description said it was granite.However, the tabletop is not made of granite.It is marble and the color is imperial. The top is made of 2"x5" marble rectangles, not a full slab.

The set arrived in a timely manner and was fairly well packed, but one underside corner of the tabletop was chipped, but it's not really noticeable.

The screw packs for the chair assembly have stickers on the bags but they were marked wrong so care had to be taken to use the right length screws according to the directions. But assembly went fairly smoothly regardless.

I'd recommend this set, but only if you know what you're really getting.

Cabbage Patch Kids Wooden 3 Piece Table & Chair Set Review

We bought this set for my daughter who is two and she loves it. It is the perfect size and looks much more appealing that the Little Tikes plastic table sets for the same price. My only disagreement with the manufacturer, they rate the table for ages 5 and up and I believe that is a little old for this set as the chairs most likely would not support the weight of a child that large as my six year old niece barely fits with this set, I think it is better suited for small children around 2-4 years.

I rarely order "bolt together" furniture, but the cost of a similar looking set at my usual furniture store (offering 'underprices') was nearly double, so I took a chance and ordered this 5-pce contemporary dining set to replace a traditional-style oak set.A day or 2 after order placement, I received a call to confirm my order and provide delivery details.The set arrived on time (within 7-10 days of order).After carefully removing each piece from the double box and impact foam it was packed in, I noticed a couple of minor blemishes caused by movement during shipping. Fortunately, the blemishes are in places that aren't noticeable after assembly.The set is made entirely of furniture-grade hardwood (no cheap particle board) and the parts bolt or screw together.Assembly took me 2 hours at a relaxed pace.All hardware (nuts, bolts & washers) and an Allen wrench is included.Additionally, for assembly, you'll need a Phillips head screwdriver and (optional) wood glue for the dowels. I've been using the set for several days and am pleased with it.Only negative comment I have it with respect to the screws used to fasten the seating pads, which I found to be too long.The instructions call for use of 1-1/2" screws (incl.), but, when screwed down, these can be felt when sitting...OUCH!Fortunately, I pushed down on the seating pad with my hand and felt the sharp screw before I made the mistake of sitting on it.I ended up using the shorter screws (incl.) for affixing the seating pads and the 1-1/2" screws to fasten the stretchers to the front and rear legs of the stools, which is the reverse of what the instructions tell you to do.An easy fix.Compared to other similar looking, comparably priced, but sometimes lesser quality sets I saw, this 5 pce set represents a very good investment, which I'm confident will provide years of reliable service and will hold up to daily use by my family of 4.

Lipper International 555W Child's Rocking Chair, White Review

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 20 month old granddaughter.She loves to rock and this chair was perfect for that.
The only negative about the chair is, for me, it is unsightly because there are no plugs included to cover the screw holes, which are a pretty good size.
