I chose this product out of many other similar alternatives that serve the same function due to the pricing. Though I was missing a small part, it did not affect the function and performance as it was irrelevant to the overall use. I LOVE this product so far. It looks exactly as it does in the image, and has allowed me to lay in bed while using my computer.
My only advice to future customers is to truly read the directions (PICTURES, rather) and lay out how you will build BEFORE starting. I made several mistakes and had to repeat the undoing/redoing process.
However, the frustration and time it took me was WELL WORTH the hassle considering that the price/looks/function met my expectations. If anything, I would say it went beyond, as it looks much more pricier, modern, and high-tech. Despite my bedroom furniture being brown, it works. Note: The picture looks as though you can only use it on the right side of the bed, for right handed people, but in fact, it will rotate the other direction, allowing it for left-handed users for left side of the bed.
