We received shipment of our Powell Kitchen Butler over a week early and were delighted. We put it together on Saturday and though there were many steps and pieces it went together very nicely. The directions were easy to follow and nothing was missing. The Butler is fantastic. It matches our kitchen cabinets so well, that it looks like it belongs there. I looked at 100's of products over the course of about 2 weeks before I made my choice. As another reviewer said, this is solid furniture, not an el-cheapo product.
