two points that have me disappointed with this item are: the color of this loveseat is actually a lot darker in person than depicted in the picture.also, i recieved this loveseat without any of the required hardware or tools to put it together.it was left out of the package so i had to go to the hardware store and figure out and buy my own to get this thing together.aside from those two problems, the loveseat is actually very solid and comfortable to lounge in.i like the nice suede-like fabric.Click Here to see more reviews about: Milano Loveseat - Oak/ Olive
