The table and chairs are very sturdy, and correctly sized for preschoolers.The folding chairs have a safety feature which requires you to insert a pin with a screwdriver whenever the chairs are opened.This prevents them from folding up while a child is sitting or climbing on the chair.It is somewhat inconvenient.It seems that some type of switch would be better. Also, the chair seats do not fold down completely flat.
