After one to many bowls of food ended up "some how" falling to the floor when trying to feed my 20 month old daughter, I decided she was ready to try a "big girl" table... I wanted something easy to clean, big enough for her to eat & play at, yet light enough to put away if needed... we got all that and more with this wonderful table & chairs. Putting it together was a snap, just four screws to install the table legs and the chairs just snap open. She was thrilled with it and had no problem sitting on the chairs (or climbing on them backwards, yet they didn't tip over!) and she loves sitting at the table to eat or use crayons or have tea parties. I love that its so easy to clean, plus the whole thing folds up in seconds if I need to stash it under or behind the sofa for a bit of extra room.
