Yet another one of those Chinese chairs. No quality in the mfg. It seems they go by various makes and models with no service what so ever. My chair exploded. My chair ran for 3 days then it just stopped. Had to replace a part (a computer chip) which took a month to get it in from where else? China. They finally got me the part. Had to take off the back panel. To do that you have to lie down on the floor. You then have to remove a computer chip and install the new one. Once everything was installed, the power cord was plugged back in and turned the power switch on. Immediately the chair exploded. Burnt a hole in the carpet. You decide??? Cash in your 401k or run to a better mfg? Personally my life is worth more than the 401k. All the bells and whistles and wonderful names they go by doesn't change the fact these chairs or plain junk...
