We would have loved this product, however we never recieved it. After purchasing we recieved an email stating we had been given a refund due to the shippers inability to ship to APO.What I don't understand is that APO shipping is through USPS! Why can't you take 2 minutes to fill out the customs form and slap it on the box before sending it out. Heck, I'll fill out the customs form and mail it to you ahead of time. There are even programs online that allow you to do the forms electronically.
Thanks for offering a great product my son would have loved but couldn't have because you won't ship it to us.
