I was very apprehensive - color is very hard to interpret via computer. I purchased the table about ten days ago from iFurn dot com because at the time, Amazon.com was out of stock. It arrived two days ago, and is really beautiful. I'll have to take a photo and post it later. You can't tell from the studio photo, but the top of the table has the tree "rings" on top. I don't know if that varies or if it's always the case, but mine has the rings. I was looking for something that was a warm, dark honey look, and this is perfect! Assembly is very easy and fast. It took 30 minutes to put all four chairs and the rectangular table together. You just have to screw the legs into the table, and then attach the two front legs and the seat to each chair frame.We were missing one little washer in one set of chairs, and then we had four extra little washers in the second set of chairs. Otherwise, everything was accounted for. The only tool needed was the provided allen wrench(es). I am very satisfied!
The whole set is sturdy and solid; one would never assume it was partially assembled at home.
