At first, I was a bit worried from reading reviews about bad experiences on furniture shipment, but I decided to give it a try.I ordered 6 chairs, and they arrived well packaged within 23 days.There was no confirmation or shipping info for 10 days, and they shipped immediately after I contacted the merchant.I received the "rich cappuccino" finish instead of "cappuccino" as it says here.So it's a nice dark (almost black, but not quite) finish, which I like, but it doesn't match with our cherry dining table.But for such a great price and after waiting for the chairs to arrive for so long, I didn't want to go through the hassle of asking for the correct item or wait again on delivery.I really like the shape of these chairs; they look contemporary...just my style.The cushions are actually textured (light cream) and much nicer than shown on the picture here.Assembly was not too hard; all the pieces fit nicely.Made in Malaysia.Overall, a great buy.
